Welcome

Welcome to my blog, Clean and Curvy. In my late twenties I embarked on a mission to better health, physically and spiritually, and thought that two+ are better than one. From the wisdom of the author of Ecclesiastes, chapter four:

Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.

Clean and Curvy is a place you can join in on lessons in clean eating and discover some of my favorite recipes as well as the flops. You’ll find resources about eating clean, read stories about people who inspire me, laugh with me on my road back from injury, and find tips for triathlon newbies from the perspective of a curvy, size 10-12 woman who likes her curves but desires to be more fit. My hope is that you’ll also be encouraged through Scripture as I share lessons I’m learning and thoughts on sermons and devotions. So come along side me, feel free to share your thoughts and let’s pursue health together.

Blessings,

Clean and Curvy
